Collection, processing and use of personal data

We disapprove of spamming. We use commercial quality e-commerce systems and your information is captured only via HTTPS. We never see nor store your credit card or other payment details – PayPal and Stripe handle those. As part of our online order processing (or via mail invoicing), we collect billing/shipping information incl. names, mails, addresses and phone no. We use and store this information for shipping, invoicing and accounting purposes only and treat it securely and with respect. Accounting data is stored for 5 years as per requirementsunder Danish law.

If you choose to be included on our newsletter mailing list, we will inform you of software updates or major changes to our product portfolio & services. The updates are infrequent and you can be removed from the list anytime you like by clicking the link at the bottom of the newsletter mail or contacting us.

Note also that we use Smoolis as our e-commerce platform. The information you provide will be transferred to Smoolis for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy.


Cookies are files that are transferred from a web server to a visitor's hard drive. We use cookies on several pages to improve the user experience on our website and to enable the use of certain features. Only authorized Mailchimp employees have access to our subscriber list. We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices (in particular device's IP address (captured and stored only in anonymized form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), preferred language used to display our website). Hotjar stores this information in a pseudonymized user profile.
