Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer (a private individual buying for purposes outside your trade or profession), EU and Danish law give you a 14-day right of withdrawal (also called the cooling-off period) on most goods bought through this online store. This means you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
This right primarily applies to consumer purchases. Business-to-business orders and certain products are not covered (see the exceptions below). If you are unsure whether your order qualifies, submit the form below or email us and we will help.
Exceptions
- Business-to-business (B2B) orders placed in the course of a trade, business or profession
- Digital products such as DBC files: By purchasing, you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal upon download
- Goods that have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and function
How to withdraw
Use the form below to give notice of withdrawal. You can also send the same information by email to contact@csselectronics.com. We will acknowledge receipt of your request by email. After you have notified us, please return the goods within 14 days (see Returns for the return address and conditions). The return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
